D+O+G (Declarations of God) Tags

Order Processing:

D+O+G (Declarations of God) Tag orders are processed and shipped directly from VisionsXpressed (Big Spring, Texas) Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays. Please allow 1-2 days to process your order and 1-4 days during our busy seasons such as Valentines, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Graduation, and Christmas. You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped.

United States Shipping:

All US orders, including Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Virgin Islands, are shipped via USPS with insurance and electronic delivery confirmation. As a security measure to help prevent fraud, all US orders with a shipping address which differs from the billing address will need to be verified by VisionsXpressed via an email or phone call in order for you to verify the order's authenticity before shipping. Time of package delivery will depend upon your chosen shipping method. VisionsXpressed is not responsible for delays of any delivery caused by USPS. If you feel that your shipment may be lost, please call 432.935.4277 so that we may help in locating your order.

International Shipping:

VisionsXpressed ships internationally to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, France - Metropolitan, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

All International orders will be shipped to the billing address only. This is a security measure to help prevent fraud. VisionsXpressed will cancel any International order in which the shipping address differs from the billing address. Although we have not had any problems with the delivery of International orders, we do not guarantee delivery if you select First Class Mail International Package, since USPS does not guarantee delivery to us. For international guaranteed delivery, please select Priority Mail International as your shipping method. Please allow more time for delivery due to the uncertainty of how long a package will be held at customs before final delivery. Any fees or taxes due at customs is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. VisionsXpressed is not responsible for delays of any delivery caused by USPS. Sales Tax:

If you reside in Texas, we must collect taxes on your D+O+G (Declarations of God) Tag order even if you are making the purchase and shipping to a recipient outside of Texas.

Returns:

Exchanges/Returns: D+O+G (Declarations of God) Tags not only have a Bold4God attitude, but they genuinely rock! That's what we hear again and again! If you don't feel that your D+O+G Tag is rockin', please ship back your tag and velour gift pouch within 30 days from the original date of purchase to VisionsXpressed with a note stating the reason for return and requested action. Although we will be sad to see a return, we will happily exchange the tag for another design or refund your purchase, minus original shipping fee. Tag must be in new and re-sellable condition. It is highly recommended that you purchase at least an electronic delivery confirmation. This is available through the post office at a nominal fee and is your proof as to where and when your returned package was delivered. Sorry, we do not reimburse for shipping on requests for exchanges/refunds on non-defective tags. VisionsXpressed is not responsible for packages lost in transit back to us.

Defective Tags: D+O+G (Declaration of God) Tags are made of the utmost quality and each tag is inspected before being shipped. If you feel that your tag is defective, we will be happy to do an even exchange or refund your money within 30 days from the original date of purchase. When shipping back your tag and velour gift pouch, please include a brief note stating what is defective, requested action, and what the cost was to ship the defective tag back to VisionsXpressed. We will reimburse your shipping cost up to $5.00. Sorry, we do not reimburse for expedited return shipping. It is highly recommended that you purchase at least an electronic delivery confirmation. This is available through the post office at a nominal fee and is your proof as to where and when your returned package was delivered. The BBold4God Collection of T-shirts are printed and shipped via Cafe Press. All orders are shipped economy and will arrive between 7-15 days depending on destination. For international orders, VisionsXpressed can not guarantee a delivery time due to the uncertainty of how long a package will be held at customs before final delivery. Any fees or taxes due at customs is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns:

Exchanges/Returns: All BBold4God Collection of T-shirts is backed by a Cafe Press 30 day guarantee. If within 30 days of the original purchase date you wish to exchange or return your shirt for a full refund, please do one of the following:

(1) Exchanges - Please visit Cafe Press and fill out a return request form. You will receive instructions on how to properly return and exchange your shirt. To fill out a Cafe Press return request form, click here.

(2) Return for Full Refund - Please send your shirt to VisionsXpressed with a note stating the reason for the return. We will be happy to refund your money, minus original shipping. It is highly recommended that you purchase at least an electronic delivery confirmation. This is available through the post office at a nominal fee and is your proof as to where and when your returned package was delivered. Sorry, we do not reimburse for shipping on requests for refunds on non-defective shirts. VisionsXpressed is not responsible for packages lost in transit back to us.

(3) Defective Shirts: If your shirt is defective and you wish to receive a full refund instead of an even exchange, please send your shirt to VisionsXpressed. Please include a brief note stating what is defective, and what the cost was to ship the defective shirt back to VisionsXpressed. We will reimburse your shipping cost up to $5.00. Sorry, we do not reimburse for expedited return shipping. It is highly recommended that you purchase at least an electronic delivery confirmation. Christian Music CDs:

Shipping:

With the exception of "Jeremiah Cry: Winds of Change", all CDs sold through the VisionsXpressed site will ship directly from the artist. We love our Christian indie bands and extend the courtesy to these fine creative talents to sell their music on our site to help them gain exposure and aid with their mission of spreading their message through music of God's love, grace, and salvation. The delivery date will depend on the shipping structure of each artist.

Returns:

"Jeremiah Cry: Winds of Change" may be returned if unopened within 30 days of the date of original date purchase to VisionsXpressed with a note stating the reason for return. We will happily refund your purchase, minus original shipping. CD must be in new and re-sellable condition. It is highly recommended that you purchase at least an electronic delivery confirmation.
